IP Camera Supply Product Returns Program


IMPORTANT:
First and Foremost:
If you are a go3™ warranty or standard warranty owner with a valid warranty, you are automatically eligible for a RMA to replace your defective or broken product(s). If you are a go3™ warranty holder, please call 1-800-398-8647 to receive your RMA instructions

Return Instructions: Products must be returned double boxed with the assigned RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. DO NOT write on or apply shipping stickers to the original manufacturer's box. DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box. Products not double boxed, without RMA numbers on them or those with writing on the original box will be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

RMA Expiration: Once a RMA is approved, the product must be received within 10 days. Returns received after 10 days will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 30 days

  • Any eligible product that is found to be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase will automatically be eligible for a replacement with technician or manufacturer approval. Products found to be in working condition but used will be returned at the owner's expense or held for pickup.

New (Unopened Box)

  • All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and such returns will be for store credit or refund, at the company's sole discretion.
  • The following products are NOT eligible for return:
    • Software, Accessories
    • Camera Lenses
    • Camera Mounts, Housing & Enclosures
    • Batteries, Battery Backups, Power Protection
    • Cables, Patch Panels and Power Cables
    • LCD or CCTV Monitors
    • Servers
    • NVRs
    • DVRs
  • New products returned after 30 days must be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Used (Opened Box)

  • Products where the manufacturer's original packaging has been opened are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Defective Products. Standard One (1) Year Replacements

  • Our return program applies to products purchased within a 30 day period. All products purchased after 30 days must be returned directly to the manufacturer for a refund or replacement. All refunds and replacements are subject to manufacturer approval.

Program Details and Exceptions:

  • Products Not Eligible for Return:
    • Servers, Software, Accessories, Camera Lenses, Camera Mounts, NVRs, DVRs, Accessory Housing, & Enclosures, Batteries, Battery Backups, Power Protection, Cables, Patch Panels, Monitors and Power Cables are not eligible for return or refund. Defective products within these categories must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
    • Products more than 30 days old are ineligible for return from IP Camera Supply, LLC. Products more than 30 days old must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only available on returns that are within 30 days and remain unopened and in their original condition. Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to IP Camera Supply, LLC. This includes reasonable estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our facility, and processing from your bank or Credit Card Company. We will notify you via email and/or telephone with the details and status of your refund throughout the process. You can expect to receive your refund via the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase.
  • Return Shipping: Shipping expenses for the return of products are the responsibility of the customer. Product exchanges or replacements will be shipped back to the customer at no additional expense.
  • Ebay Liquidations: Items sold through eBay as liquidation (auction) are not eligible for return or replacement and are sold AS-IS NO RETURNS!
  • Specific Brand Policies
