With high-definition 2-megapixel (1600 x 1200) resolution, the 4XEM 4X-IP7161 can deliver extremely clear and detailed images and provide coverage six times larger than a standard VGA camera. The ePTZ function enables users to quickly move to a target area for close-up live video without physically moving the security camera. In addition, multiple video streams can be delivered simultaneously in different resolutions, frame rates and image qualities for viewing on different platforms, so as to meet various needs or bandwidth constraints. You can watch and record on a PC at one frame rate and resolution, while also watching on a 3G enabled device, like a cell phone or PDA, at a different frame rate and resolution.

To consistently maintain superior image quality during 24-hour surveillance, the 4X- IP7161 MP camera comes with a built-in removable IR-cut filter and an auto-iris lens to adapt to frequent light changes. For safe and secure monitoring, the 4X-IP7161 MP camera also supports tamper detection providing immediate alerts if the camera is blocked, redirected, has a change in focus, or is spray-painted. The exceptional activity adaptive streaming can optimize bandwidth usage by allowing for a low frame rate in normal monitoring and a high frame rate during event-triggered recording.

The 4X-IP7161 megapixel camera includes advanced features such as a C/CS-mount adjustment ring, SD/SDHC card on-board storage, 802.3af compliant PoE, two-way audio via SIP protocol, and HTTPS encrypted data transmission.
